Some preliminary organization details


The conference is scheduled for three days.


The conference will start on 21 and finish on 23 in Floor 4, Sir Shaw Business Building of Zhejiang University.

The arrival day is 20.

The conference will include ten 40 minutes talks for the three morning sessions.

Further contributions for 20 minutes talks will be presented during the afternoon sessions.

A total of about 60 scientists from all over the world will attend the conference.

 


 

Accommodation:


All the participants will be accommodated at the Zhejiang University Lingfeng Hotel

which is near Zhejiang University, Yuquan Campus.

There are two categories of rooms available at the Hotel:

Single room it has one big bed. (About 50 US dollars per night)

Standard Room it has two beds. (About 42 US dollars per night, and so 21 US dollars per night per person) .

Registration


All the participants need to registrate. The registration fee for a participants is 150 US dollars. It should cover the conference materials, lunch and dinner during the conference and the social programme.
